I could be accused of being biased about these, having worked with the boys at Laced for a while when I was living in Aus, but I’d like to think I’d love these just as much if they were a GR.
The Zenith is my favourite LCS model and the boys have done a really good job on these….the theme fits right in with the Brisbane sense of humour, the colour blocking and materials are great and the shape…what more could you ask for?

Another awesome film from the guys over at Ironlak featuring the ever prolific antipodean writer Sofles….great work guys
Big up to Clint, Phil and the rest of the guys over at Laced. It’s great to see them getting some well deserved global coverage.
Behind the scenes short for a video to promote Z-Flex’s Jimmy Plumer pro model stick. DO WANT: RED CAMERA…..anyone fancy lending me about £40,000?

So, the long Easter weekend is drawing to a close. Here’s a photographic history of what Myself and Taz got up to (Brisbane Gallery of Modern Art, Little Hong Kong at Sunnybank, Noosa Beach and Eumundi):
Imagine it: a cycle race where the participants remain stationary. It might not sound exciting, but the guys over at River City Rollers have come up with an ingenious way to hold races anywhere and make it exciting for both racers and observers. The last event was at Brew in Brisbane CBD and Myself and Taz went along to take snap some pics and have a coffee whilst watching the guys go nowhere FAST.

Yesterday saw the Brisbane leg of the Red Bull Manny Mania competition. The rain threatened early on in the day, but luckily cleared for the start of the event. The triumphant skater (don’t know his name sorry), wins a trip to Melbourne for the Australian finals and if they win that, they get a trip to New York for the world finals.
